Ficer Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of fiber optical products. To meet customer requirements, deliver high-quality products, and continuously enhance our quality standards, we have adopted the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

To support this, we have developed a comprehensive "Quality Manual," operating procedures, and relevant standards for all employees involved in quality activities. Our staff is required to understand and implement this policy consistently and effectively to achieve our goals.

We conduct annual management reviews to audit our quality goals and set new objectives for the upcoming period. This auditing framework ensures that quality goals are communicated and understood throughout the organization. The applicability of the quality policy is also reviewed during these management sessions.

Additionally, all pollution control equipment meets Environmental, Health, and Safety standards, reflecting our commitment to sustainable and responsible manufacturing practices.
